COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES

In order to maintain these strict sanitation and distancing procedures, we will need additional help in the studio. Specifically, we will need a minimum of 2 parent volunteers each night to assist.  We have created a sign up sheet below and ask that you sign up for any and all shifts that you possibly can. Without parent volunteers, we will not be able to continue to have students in the studio. All parent volunteers must adhere to the same policies that our students and instructors inside the studio must follow.

Thank you in advance for your help!

PLEASE REVIEW IN DETAIL:

EXPOSURE & TESTING REPORTING

It is very important that we keep track of any student who is either exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has tested positive for COVID-19.  Please use the form below to report any exposure or positive testing so that we can fulfill our responsibility to let students who may have been exposed at the studio know of that risk.  We will keep all exposures and positive test reports ANONYMOUS to protect the privacy of students, but it is our moral duty to all that we can to continue to protect our students on an ongoing basis.

USE THE FORM BELOW TO ANONYMOUSLY REPORT

AN EXPOSURE OR A POSITIVE TEST RESULT.

PARENTS: IMPORTANT INFO

As part of our safety policies, each student , staff member, and volunteers must have a temperature check prior to being admitted to the studio. If a fever is registered on any person, the following procedures will be in effect:

  • If a fever registers, the individual will be asked to sit in a dressing room for a few minutes and then the temperature will be retested.  If the retest is normal, they will be allowed to continue with the steps of sanitizing and proceed to his/her studio location or volunteer position.

  • If a student continues to register a fever, a parent will be notified to come and pick him/her up as soon as possible, and we will keep the student quarantined until a parent arrives.

  • If an adult continues to register a fever, they will be asked to leave the studio immediately.

  • All spaces will be thoroughly sanitized after a person with a fever has left.

IT IS CRITICAL THAT PARENTS LOG INTO THEIR PARENT PORTAL AND MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE AN ACCURATE PARENT MOBILE NUMBER RECORDED IN THE PORTAL.

DROP OFF PROCEDURES

PLEASE DROP OFF 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS TIME
