MANDATORY EXPOSURE & TESTING REPORTING
It is very important that we keep track of any student who has personally tested positive for COVID-19. Please click the button below below to report any exposure or positive testing so that we can fulfill our responsibility to let students who may have been exposed at the studio know of that risk. This information will also allow us to determine your required studio exclusion period. We will keep all exposures and positive test reports ANONYMOUS to protect the privacy of students and their families. This is a mandatory procedure for all parents, volunteers, employees and students of MDM and we thank you in advance for helping us keep our studio as safe as possible!

WHAT HAPPENS IF A FEVER IS DETECTED?
ALL students , staff members, and volunteers must have a temperature check prior to being admitted to class. If a fever of 99.4 or higher registers on any person, the following procedures will take effect:
The individual will be asked to sit in a dressing room for a few minutes and then the temperature will be retested. If the retest is normal, they will be allowed to continue with the steps of sanitizing and proceed to his/her studio location or volunteer position.
If a student continues to register a fever, a parent will be notified to come and pick him/her up as soon as possible, and we will keep the student quarantined until a parent arrives.
If an adult continues to register a fever, they will be asked to leave the studio immediately.
All spaces will be thoroughly sanitized after a person with a fever has left.
IT IS CRITICAL THAT PARENTS LOG INTO THEIR PARENT PORTAL AND MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE AN ACCURATE PARENT MOBILE NUMBER RECORDED IN THE PORTAL.
